Darius Bowman
Senior Pastor
With a masters degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Pastor Darius has devoted a large portion of his life to learning more about God's Holy Word and the promises kept inside. A drive to spread the Gospel and a calling he accepted in his early 20s, has led Pastor Darius on a long journey in ministry. In 2021 Pastor Darius was voted in as our senior pastor.
Mike Weber
Associate/Youth Pastor
Mike was born and raised in Germany. Saved at 4, and baptized at 8, he grew to love the Lord at a young age. In his teenage years, he recognized God's calling over his life and began volunteering at various children and teenage programs. He went to Bibelschule Brake, a bible college in Germany, and is currently pursuing a master's degree at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mike has a passion for the American church and the youth.

Cassie Hicks
Children's Director
Cassie has worked with children in and outside of church since she was a teenager. She studied at Campbell University where she received her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. She believes God has placed a deep love for children in her heart which helped her realize her calling to the ministry.
Don Paxton
Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Don was the pastor at Rosedale for 25 years. During which many were called into ministry. After his retirement he felt called to encourage other pastors in the area.
